If you have not yet received your order and it has been more than 5 working days since receiving your dispatch notification, please get in touch with our customer support team by emailing: customersupport@pocketparadise.co.uk.

Delivery
The majority of our orders are currently dispatched using Royal Mail’s standard delivery service.
Same day dispatch is guaranteed for all orders placed by 2pm Monday – Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday, excluding Public Holidays.

Once processed, you can expect the total refund amount to appear in your account within three to five working days, although the exact time frame can vary depending on your bank/payment method.
